New-Paper?

While looking at articles on the cigarette sales tax issue, I ran across this which attributes information to the "Springfield Sun-Times".

This is the second cigarette tax proposed by the state in three years, and
would raise the tax from 98 cents per pack to $1.73 cents per pack--a jump of 76
percent, reports the Springfield Sun-Times.

Ummm, are we talking Illinois? Because there is no such paper here.
