Judy Makes it a Race

Illinois State Treasurer Judy Barr Topinka has decided she wants to run for governor. She'll have to win the Republican primary before taking on incumbent Democrat Rod Blagojevich but I'm thinking that shouldn't be too hard given the opposition. For one thing, Topinka's not crazy or a rabid wingnut. That's the way Illinoisans like there Republicans. Jim at AbeLog has more and better informed analysis.
