It happens here with some regularity when the wind is from the east. I recognize that smell very well because I used to live in Peoria :)
OMIGOD ... a co-worker and I ran out to lunch today ... and the smell ... it was AWFUL. I'm glad I'm not the only one who smelled it ... I checked my shoes TWICE!
And I blamed my neighbor's dog! So that was citywide? Do we really want to know where that was coming from, and what it was?
