That is really disturbing.
Oh yes. And they never gave up the idea that they represent the real Americans. We have some at work, and they're passing around their right wing conspiracy books. And they talk as if they'll take back America from the devil. It's insane really, born of white fear over a black man being president. It's all glazed over with pretty white icing so as to make it seem political, but talk to them, and read some of the chain emails they send, and it's obvious race is a big factor - but kept on the down low.
