Senator Boy

Ha, ha. Via Josh Marshall:
Rep. Geoff Davis (R-KY) on Obama: "I'm going to tell you something: That boy's finger does not need to be on the button. He could not make a decision in that simulation that related to a nuclear threat to this country."
Boy? Even if he didn’t mean in the racist sense (uh-huh) why would you call a man over 40 a “boy”? Besides George W. Bush, I mean. Or is that just the way Canadian-born Kentuckians talk?

Rep. Geoff “Massa” Davis (R-Old Dixie)

Welcome back.

What words DONT offend blacks? Can you think of ANY? Political Correctness has gone way too far these days.

Rick, you obviously have no idea of the connotation of the word "boy" to a black man.

Maybe you should change your handle to Jim Crow.

Anonymous Communist,

I apologize if I hurt anyone's feelings. I forgot to look in the political correct dictionary. There are so many "racist" words these days that it is hard to keep track.

I guess Obama forgot to look in the same dictionary when he referred to his own grandmother as a "typical white woman." But I guess he gets a pass on that racist comment. Maybe he got that term from the Rev. Wright or Malcolm X or the Black Panthers handbook.

This double standard drives me nuts.
