Meanwhile, Weeks Before Halloween…
I was in Walgreen’s today and noticed that have a huge space filled with nothing but Christmas wrapping paper. Is anyone buying Christmas wrapping paper yet? This suggests not. Common sense might even suggest a “WTF?”
I'd agree with you 100% TEH ... but, believe it or not, one of my co-workers went out Christmas shopping this weekend and bought ALL her gifts. I was speechless ... I have never felt less organized. haha :)
Heh heh ... no, JP ... I don't work for the State. And notice I said *she* did her Christmas shopping ... not me! haha :)
My co-worker is just hyper-organized. She's one of those people who have a box full of cards ... and at the beginning of each month, she writes out each birthday and anniversary card ... plus any "thinking of you" notes she wants to send out ... then pre-stamps them ... and has them all ready to go for the entire month.
In fact, I'm sure Walgreen's October Christmas display is too-little too-late for her ... because she buys all of next year's lights, wrap, etc. on the DAY AFTER this year's Christmas.
I envy her ... I've ALWAYS wanted to be that "together" ... never gonna happen ...

Must be nice to even have money for Christmas shopping, but you probably work for the State.
Anyway, it cheapens the whole holiday thing when they run into each other like that.
Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, why not July 4th?
