The caption under the full picture on the Reuters site says, in part:
U.S. President George W. Bush writes a note to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice during a Security Council meeting at the 2005 World Summit and 60th General Assembly of the United Nations in New York September 14, 2005.Really, he was telling Condi he couldn't hold it anymore?
Another thing: in the first part of the note he writes, "I think I may need a bathroom break?". That's a declarative statement Mr. President, no question mark needed. Also, you only get a C+ for penmanship.
Hat tip to Atrios for the pointer.

Goodness!
That's it. This is the last straw. How long are we going to just sit back and allow this man to stay in office!?! How dare he...um have a bladder.
I have to agree with Opie on this one. There are many, many things to criticize Bush on, but I would think that the need to make water at an inopportune time would be something we could all commiserate with.
I'm sure Bush isn't the first world leader to find himself in such a predicament. Why do you think that Kruschev was banging his shoe on the table at that U.N. meeting? (Although if I'm not mistaken, he had to go number two.)
It does kind of bother me that this is what is passing for journalism over at Reuters.
I'm not "criticizing" Dear Leader for having to go to the bathroom, just having fun at his expense. I've done the same thing for the same reason to very close friends. Lighten up.
The grammar, OK that's criticism.
Another thing - I'm not 100% sure this is even real. This is the internet after all.
If it is indeed a note to Condi, that makes it newsworthy.
Is that the Secretary of State's job -- to take Georgie to the little president's room?
Notes to Condi are newsworthy?
Good to know you're a news director.
Besides, it looks like you have trouble with bladder control yourself ;)
Yes Jim in response to Opie (and Dave you were once a news director so you can answer this too),
Isn't there a rule somewhere that news directors are suits?
