Jim Leach and Mike Wilson both point-up the "no issues, please" candidacy of Chuck Redpath for the 99th Illinois House district seat. The Democratic Springfield alderman, while kicking off his candidacy yesterday, essentially said he had not yet formulated positions on the issues.
WTF?
