Walker, 70, of Cobden, was driving a pickup truck on the Illinois 3 bypass in Chester, just south of Rock Ridge Road at 9:37 a.m. when, for an unknown reason, the truck became stuck on the Union Pacific Railroad track.Talk about your bad luck.
