I'm not trying to be cute with the title of this post. That's exactly what I would call what happened today at Springfield's Horace Mann Building.

Turns out it was some idiot trying to scare someone he thought was stealing his mail. He put baby powder in an old Horace Mann envelope, and it ended being mailed.
A total moron, who probably cost Horace Mann tens of thousands of dollars in wasted productivity, and salary.
Not to mention the fear he must have caused in those exposed to the powder.
The cost to the city of Springfield, and the federal government must be in the tens of thousands of dollars too.
What's the world coming too?
